I was pleasantly surprised. The meat was very flavorful and when cooked properly is both tender and pleasantly chewy. I use a “reverse sear” on chuck-eye, 25 minutes in an oven at 200 degrees F (approx. 100 C), followed by searing on a pan over a hot flame for a couple of minutes on each side. I will buy it again.
